SHIPPING POLICY
 
1. Where do you ship your item from?

We ship the items from China at present. 


2. What is the estimated delivery time?

We will ship your order via Fedex or other economical carrier within 1~3 business days, the estimated delivery time varies according to different destinations, about 10-15 business days needed in general, which excludes order's handling time. 

Note: if you change your mind or if your product/address/phone in your order were selected/written mistakenly, please let us know within 24hrs immediately.


 
Return & Replacement
 

We accept returns and replacement launched within 30 days after receipt of the goods, if the goods you received is:
 
  • Faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • Significantly different to image or description of listing
  • Damaged or dead on arrival
  • Lost some parts or accessories
 
WE assume the shipping fee on returns in this case.
 
Please contact us before you intend to send your goods back for return or replacement, our support team will guide you how to return and request you to offer some necessary information.
 
For refund, we will issue refund right now once we confirm the returns we received is intact, please make sure the goods you send back is:
 
  • in its original packaging including manuals and all accessories;
  • unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
  • complete if it belongs to the bundled product

We DON'T accept the refunds if:
 
  • You request to cancel the order while the order is on its way
  • You placed the wrong order
  • You dislike or don’t need the product any more
 
YOU should return the goods and send back to us at your expense, unless you will not get full refund.
 
Please note: we reserve the right to refuse the return & replacement of items or to charge 20% re-stocking fee if your returns has above issues, it will take about 3- 5 days that money back to your PayPal account.
